The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health center. You work based on the registered population's needs with digital care visits, internet and group treatment as well as physical, individual visits. We work from primary care-oriented methods, where the work includes high accessibility, stepped/stratified care and collaboration with other professions and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working with a primary care orientation, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental and behavioral health issues. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice, to guided treatment with literature or internet-based treatment, to group treatment or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, the ability to vary method and scope of treatment interventions is required. You and your colleagues are responsible together with the manager for the health center's development in ongoing improvement work. Supervision of psychology candidates or PTP psychologists may be relevant. About You You are a licensed psychologist with CBT level 1 competence; other specializations are of course also relevant. It is meriting if you have experience from the following: Work as a psychologist at regional primary care level Stepped/stratified care Internet-based psychological treatment Group treatment We are looking for you who are attentive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement you want to participate in the organization's development work and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily interprofessional collaboration at the health center. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department who call relevant candidates for a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and calls them for an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did and what the result was.
