The health center has doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries working in close collaboration. The focus is on preventive and early interventions based on common reasons for visits at a health center. You will work based on the needs of the registered population through digital care visits, internet-based and group treatment, as well as in-person individual appointments. We work using primary care-focused approaches, which include high accessibility, stepped/stratified care, and collaboration with other professions and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working from a primary care perspective, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavioral conditions. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice, to guided treatment using bibliotherapy or internet-based treatment, to group treatment or individual interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, you must have the ability to vary methods and scope of treatment interventions. Together with your colleagues and manager, you are responsible for the health center's continuous development and improvement work. Supervision of psychology candidates or trainee psychologists may be applicable. About You You are a licensed psychologist with CBT level 1 competence; other specializations are of course also relevant. It would be advantageous if you have experience with the following: - Working as a psychologist at regional primary care level - Stepped/stratified care - Internet-based psychological treatment - Group treatment We seek someone who is responsive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the organization's development work and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily interprofessional collaboration at the health center.
