The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Bollnäs is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic serving residents over 18 years of age. We are responsible for conducting initiatives in open psychiatric care that promote health and improved quality of life. We are approximately 35 employees at the clinic in Bollnäs, characterized by a good work environment where we care for one another. Our activities are pervaded by respectful treatment, high accessibility, and good results. The Psychiatric Clinic in Bollnäs serves two municipalities: Bollnäs and Ovanåker.
We are now seeking a nurse for the general team at the clinic. This position is a rotation post.

DUTIES
Work at the clinic takes place in close collaboration with other professional categories within the clinic and in cooperation with other public services. At our clinic, in addition to nurses, we have doctors, nursing assistants, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries.
As a psychiatric outpatient nurse with us, you will work with, among other things:
• medication monitoring, medication management, and drug screening
• suicide prevention and structured support initiatives
• telephone counseling
• home visits
• supportive and motivational conversations
• internal and external collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a stable and committed person who enjoys close collaboration with all professions in a varied daily work environment. In your work, you are flexible and work well with other professional categories and external bodies, and you enjoy adapting to new circumstances. We further see that you are thorough and have good administrative skills. You are confident in your professional role, have a genuine interest in working with people with mental health issues, and have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
In your role as a nurse, you should:
• be a licensed nurse
• have a valid Class B driver's license
• have good administrative skills.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience in psychiatric work.
