RKVC Emcéčko SAS is a registered social service for families with children, focused primarily on supporting families with children going through divorce or separation. Our clients use the service voluntarily and free of charge. We work in a small, closely collaborating team, currently consisting of 2 social workers. We are looking for a person who wants to use their expertise to support children, adolescents, and adults in challenging life situations related to family functioning and family relationships. We value a team player who is also capable of independent professional work and can take responsibility for their positions. Personal and Professional Requirements • clean criminal record • ability to communicate and work with children, adolescents, and adults • ability to maintain boundaries and communicate constructively • ability to work as part of a team • empathy, flexibility, independence, and professional approach • willingness to continue learning • experience in direct client work is an advantage • training in comprehensive crisis intervention is an advantage We Offer • friendly and supportive small work team • flexible working hours with core hours 8:00 – 13:00 • vacation: 5 weeks • meal allowance • support for professional development: opportunity for further education, regular supervision First contact: by email at [email protected]
