Position offered: Psychologist at Ogres novada Sociālā dienesta (part-time) Key job responsibilities: provide psychological consultations to clients of Ogres novada Sociālā dienesta; conduct group educational activities; provide psychological support to Ogres novada Sociālā dienesta employees; provide individual psychological consultations to Ogres novada residents in crisis situations; prepare and provide reports to relevant institutions; cooperate with Ogres novada Sociālā dienesta specialists, state and local government institutions, and non-governmental organizations. Requirements for candidates: master's degree in clinical or educational psychology; good communication, empathy, and listening skills; ability to make quick and independent decisions in non-standard situations; ability to work creatively; ability to work in a team; excellent knowledge of Latvian language; good skills in working with office equipment and computer skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
