Maintenance position for managing three buildings and a garden area JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Minor construction and interior modifications (interior door replacement, hardware, locks) Refurbishment of finishes and painting work Routine maintenance of three buildings (general minor repairs, window adjustment, light bulb replacement, ...) Plumbing minor tasks (seal replacement, repair of leaking faucets, preparation for heating season) Garden and grounds care (grass mowing, leaf cleanup, maintaining cleanliness around buildings) WE OFFER: Part-time position 20 hours/week Regular schedule 4 days per week Equipped workshop and all tools provided
