Job Responsibilities: Control and adjustment of production formulations Control of parameters of finished products Monitoring compliance with technological procedures, occupational safety, and hygiene standards Creation and maintenance of reports and records related to technology Collaboration with production and laboratory teams Work with company software systems Participation in proposals for technological and process improvements Requirements: Minimum secondary education with diploma, ideally in a technical field Position is suitable for graduates as well Basic computer literacy Independence, attention to detail, and responsible approach Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Good communication and organizational skills Team collaboration ability Willingness to start work at 5:30 AM We Offer: Background of a stable Czech company, single-shift operations without weekends, opportunities for professional growth and skill development, company meal program, + 5 days of additional leave after one year of employment
