We are seeking an independent and technically skilled person who will ensure trouble-free operation of retail stores and support their daily functioning. Job Responsibilities • Providing operational needs of retail stores within an assigned region. • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service interventions. • Checking the technical condition of store equipment. • Overseeing the functionality of cash registers, printers, barcode readers, payment terminals, and other equipment. • Resolving common technical and operational problems in stores. • Communication with external service and IT providers. • Monitoring compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards. • Regular visits to assigned retail stores. • Cooperation with store managers and the retail network manager. We Require • Technical thinking and practical approach to problem-solving. • Basic knowledge of IT and common hardware. • Ability to independently resolve simpler technical faults. • Organizational and communication skills. • Independence, responsibility, and active approach. • User-level knowledge of PC operation. • Group B driving license - active driver. • Willingness to travel between company locations. • Experience in retail in a management function or similar technical position is an advantage.
