Your task will be to manage and optimize operations as a whole - improve internal processes. Part of the role is also managing customer communication - overseeing incoming emails, chat and telephone requests, handling orders, complaints and non-standard situations where independent decision-making is needed and the ability to see things in broader context; this is not active sales, but professional and systematic management of all requests coming into the company.
