What you will do: - Manage and coordinate projects from concept through implementation - Communicate with the team, partners, and vendors - Track progress on goals, deadlines, and budgets - Prepare materials for reporting, evaluation, and service quality improvement - Contribute to the development of project methodologies and processes - Identify new opportunities and contribute to organizational growth Who we are looking for: - You have project management experience (ideally in social services, education, or public administration) - Experience in addiction services - You can work independently and as part of a team, and can lead a team - You have organizational skills, drive, and attention to detail - You can work with MS Office and preferably project management tools - An advantage is knowledge of grant funding (e.g., MPSV, EU funds, etc.) We require: - University degree (ideally in management, social work, public administration, or related fields) - Minimum 2 years of project management experience - Communication and presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment We offer: - Meaningful work in a friendly team - Opportunities for professional development and training - Flexible working hours - Competitive compensation - 5 weeks of vacation, sick days, and additional benefits
