Given our company's growth and the increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Project Manager

The result of your work will be (in collaboration with your team) the timely completion of a construction project. All our construction sites are located in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops or collaborates on technical, technological, and organizational solutions for construction and budgeting, coordinates project changes
- Supervises execution of construction and installation work (both internal employees and subcontractors) according to project documentation, work schedules, approved timeline, and budgeted costs
- Manages the construction site in accordance with the company's economic principles
- Communicates with the investor, technical supervisor, designer, and relevant authorities
- Ensures compliance with technical standards and technological regulations during project execution
- Prepares documentation for tender processes and evaluates tender results
- Prepares documentation for: work schedule amendments, subcontractor contracts, etc.
What will be useful for this position:
- University or secondary education in construction field; professional certification in the field is welcome
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field - civil engineering
- Class B driver's license
- PC - MS Office (Word, Excel) at user level; MS Project is an advantage
- Ability to independently manage construction and lead a work team
- Personal approach, knowledge of construction economics
- Good analytical and communication skills, time flexibility, reliability
