What will your work involve?
You will hold together selected Sladovna projects connected to EHMK České Budějovice 2028 – their schedules, budgets, contracts, outputs, deadlines, and dependencies.
You will play a significant role in coordinating the Laboratoř Sebe project – from residencies and working meetings through engaging experts, artists, residents, and target groups to preparing the final exhibition output.
You will communicate with partners, EHMK, residents, artists, experts, suppliers, and the Sladovna team, ensuring everyone knows what's happening, why it's happening, and what needs to be done.
You will prepare and manage project administration – contracts, orders, budgets, grant materials, reporting, accounting, and other documentation.
You will connect content, production, operations, marketing, and economics so that live and often interdisciplinary projects can be successfully realized.
You will identify risks, changes, and project needs in a timely manner and help find solutions when things naturally develop differently than originally planned.
What can't we do without?
Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to see things through to completion.
Experience managing cultural, educational, grant-based, or interdisciplinary projects.
Ability to work with budgets, schedules, contracts, and administration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different types of people.
A cool head, ability to respond to changes, and handle unexpected situations.
Independence, attention to detail, systematic thinking, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
Good knowledge of common office tools, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
English at least at a working communication level; EHMK projects have an international dimension.
A genuine interest in culture, art, education, and working with children and adolescent audiences.
A positive relationship with Sladovna Galerie hrou's dramaturgical concept.
Schedule flexibility during periods of important outputs, residencies, installations, or public events.
What we'd welcome
Experience with projects funded from public sources, grants, or European programs.
Experience with cultural institutions, galleries, festivals, exhibition projects, education, or participatory projects.
Experience with international collaboration.
A feel for working with topics that require an interdisciplinary, sensitive, and responsible approach.
Ability to think not just administratively, but also in terms of content and process.
Willingness to find solutions when a project doesn't yet have a final shape.
