About the Company: ENVIRMINE-ENERGO, a.s. was founded in 1992, with our core team consisting of experts with extensive experience in mechanical engineering, construction of investment projects, waste processing, and environmental projects. Our goal is to create innovative projects that contribute to sustainability, quality, and environmental protection. The company has two branches—in Ostrava and Žamberk—and due to the volume of projects, we are looking for new colleagues for both locations. Job Responsibilities: o Planning, managing, and coordinating projects in the energy and bulk material processing technology sectors o Preparing project plans, budgets, and schedules. o Managing project teams and ensuring effective communication between team members and clients. o Organizing subcontractor activities and production oversight. o Monitoring and evaluating project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. o Resolving emerging issues and proposing optimization measures. Requirements: o University or secondary education in technical management or a related field. o Experience in project management in the energy and bulk material processing technology sectors is a plus. o Knowledge of project management methodologies. o Excellent organizational and communication skills. o Ability to work under pressure, independence in problem-solving, and effective time management.
