About the company: ENVIRMINE-ENERGO, a.s. was founded in 1992, with our core consisting of specialists with long-term experience in mechanical engineering, investment project construction, waste processing, and environmental projects. Our goal is to create innovative projects that contribute to sustainability, quality, and environmental protection. The company has two branches in Ostrava and Žamberk, and due to the volume of projects, we are looking for new colleagues for both locations. Job Responsibilities: - Planning, management, and coordination of projects in the field of energy and bulk material processing technologies - Assembling project plans, budgets, and schedules. - Leading the project team and ensuring effective communication between team members and clients. - Organization of subcontractor activities and production control - Monitoring and evaluating project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. - Resolving issues that arise and proposing optimization measures. Requirements: - University or secondary education in technical management or related field. - Experience with project management in energy and bulk material processing technologies is a plus. - Knowledge of project methodologies - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure, independence in problem-solving, and effective time management.
