We are looking for an enthusiast for modern technologies who will collaborate with other team members and drive projects forward. Job Responsibilities: - IT analysis of customer requirements, close collaboration with programmers in creating implementation specifications - Creation of project documentation and user support for customers - Project management and customer communication throughout the project lifecycle - Consulting support to the sales team in acquiring new contracts - Shaping product strategy with the goal of improving the company's own products We Require: - University or secondary education - Strong aptitude for creating analytical and project documentation - Communication skills and professional demeanor - Time flexibility, responsibility for assigned projects - Ability to work both in a team and independently - Valid driver's license category B, active driver - Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites We Value: - Experience with information systems integration in manufacturing - Programming basics - advantageous - Integration of enterprise systems in manufacturing - Project management and project documentation (Prince2 or TOGAF methodology advantageous) - Customer care - communication and requirement resolution, training of enterprise system users - English or German at communicative level What We Offer: - Pleasant work environment in a friendly team in the center of České Budějovice - Attractive and long-term perspective work on full-time employment, indefinite duration - Sick days; meal allowance; opportunity for professional growth; corporate training system including language courses - Work with modern technologies - Motivating compensation system (fixed salary + performance component + project bonuses) - Salary based on experience, from probationary period onwards with individual adjustment based on performance after onboarding and including bonuses or special premiums (approximately 60-70 thousand Kč) with further increases planned Start date is immediate.
