ACS International s.r.o., which is part of the international group 2JCP, is a dynamically developing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, particularly for energy and industrial construction. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany, and Poland, we support renowned customers in the field of control panel manufacturing, installations, technology commissioning, and system maintenance. We are expanding our team of project managers and are looking for a project manager who will lead our implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution according to our customers' requirements, from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offering, contracting, and implementing projects
• Managing projects based on confirmed schedules
• Approving purchases and maintaining the established project budget
• Monitoring cost overruns and communicating them with the client
• Providing technical project support
• Communicating with the client team about current project status
• Communicating with the ACS team about the current status of individual project phases (Engineering, procurement, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping)
• Identifying potential project risks and participating in their resolution
• Verifying quality compliance with client-provided standards
We Require:
• Electrical engineering education at university or secondary level (with demonstrable experience and knowledge of electrical engineering), or university education in project management
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills, German language is an advantage
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
