About the Role
As a designer at OTM Energi, you work on designing and optimizing energy solutions for businesses, property owners, farms, municipalities, and housing cooperatives. You'll be an important part of the design team, responsible for analyzing customer needs and developing technical solutions that create long-term value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Visiting or analyzing properties to assess opportunities for solar panels, battery storage, and energy sharing.
Sizing installations and calculating electricity production, component selection, and costs.
Preparing technical documentation for installers and electricians.
Performing profitability and shadow analyses.
Ensuring solutions comply with applicable regulations, standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, and grid operators throughout the project process.
Providing advisory services on future energy solutions and technical possibilities.
The role is primarily office-based but includes customer visits and site visits for surveying and design work.

Required Qualifications
Electrician training or equivalent electrical engineering background.
Solid electrical engineering knowledge.
Strong administrative skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and digital tools.
Category B driver's license.
Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in design work.
Experience in the solar panel industry.
CAD skills.
Experience from industrial, power, or similar technical installations.
