Vöfab is now seeking a driven project manager within maintenance and reinvestments who wants to become part of our team and work closely with one of our largest tenants. From September 2026, Vöfab will enter a new organization with clearer responsibilities, new ways of working, and even greater focus on our tenants. This project manager role will be part of one of our new management areas where you will report to a property manager who will be your direct supervisor. As part of this change, we are also building new teams and ways of working within maintenance and reinvestments, among other areas. This makes this role especially exciting – you will come in at a stage where there are great opportunities to influence, develop, and put your mark on how we work going forward. You will have an important role in the new team and work closely with both property managers, colleagues, and one of our largest tenants. Together we create a way of working where we take responsibility from identified need to completed action – with a focus on dialogue, quality, solutions, and results. We look forward to your application! 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a project manager, you will be responsible for projects within planned maintenance and reinvestments. Projects may include, for example, technical installations, building components, surface layers, ventilation, energy measures, or other measures required to ensure the function, quality, and long-term value of the properties. In the role, you will, among other things: • Identify and understand the tenant's needs related to maintenance and reinvestments. • Maintain close and professional dialogue with the tenant. • Plan, lead, and follow up projects from need and decision to completed action. • Take responsibility for time, budget, quality, and implementation in your projects. • Coordinate contractors, consultants, the tenant, and internal functions. • Ensure that the right measure is implemented in the right way and with the right quality. • Drive projects forward and ensure that decisions are turned into action. • Follow up on contracts and ensure professional implementation. • Contribute to developing our ways of working within maintenance and reinvestments. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a driven and solution-focused project manager and who thrives with many points of contact. We see that you have higher education in construction/real estate/technology or equivalent professional experience. The most important thing is that you have experience driving projects and that you enjoy the combination of people, problem-solving, and implementation.
