Project Manager at Wilzens in Norrköping! Wilzéns continues to grow and is now seeking a Project Manager within Building Services/Framework Agreements. In this role, you will have broad responsibility for projects, customers, and business development, while playing an important part in Wilzéns continued development and growth in Norrköping. About the Role As a Project Manager within Building Services/Framework Agreements, you are responsible for your customers and projects from initial contact to completion. The role encompasses business responsibility, finances, estimating, planning, quality, and execution. You work independently with significant authority to drive your projects forward. Estimating is a natural part of the work, and you will be supported by estimators, project managers, and finance specialists. Projects within the framework agreements vary in scope from smaller service work to larger complex construction contracts. You work closely with recurring clients within framework agreements, develop existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role also includes daily hands-on leadership of tradespeople on projects. Wilzéns sees great potential in the Norrköping region, and you will be an important part of developing the local business and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive building service projects and framework agreements from start to finish Take responsibility for finances, planning, quality, and execution Work with estimating, financial tracking, and forecasting Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Lead and engage employees in daily operations Contribute to Wilzéns continued development in Norrköping About You We are looking for someone with a background in the construction industry and experience leading projects with financial responsibility. You currently work as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or similar role. A background as a Work Leader can also be relevant if you are ready to take on greater responsibility. You don't necessarily need to come from the contracting side, but you should have a good understanding of construction operations and experience with estimating and project economics. Experience with Building Services, framework agreements, or similar work is a plus, as is post-secondary education in construction. As a person, you are business-minded and enjoy working closely with customers. You are good at building relationships and see opportunities in both existing and new partnerships.
