In your role as a project manager at Norra Resurs, you'll play a central role in driving and coordinating our recruitment and staffing projects. You'll work closely with our customers and be responsible for managing the entire process – from understanding customer needs and planning recruitment projects to ensuring the right person is in the right place. You'll be managing multiple recruitment projects in parallel and will be a key link between customers, candidates, consultants, and our consultant managers. A significant portion of your initial focus will be in the construction and infrastructure sector, where we see strong demand, but the role will also encompass other industries and professional fields based on our customers' needs. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining people, business, and structure. You work closely with our customers, stay informed about what's happening in their operations, and identify both current and future staffing needs. At the same time, you ensure things get done. You create structure in different recruitment projects, collaborate internally, and drive processes forward. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our Consultant Managers as part of a project team. In the role, you will, among other things: Drive and coordinate multiple recruitment and staffing projects in parallel. Build and develop long-term customer relationships. Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and identify new needs and business opportunities. Plan and structure projects together with our consultant managers. Coordinate candidates, interviews, and presentations to customers. Manage staff and follow up with consultants during ongoing assignments. Work proactively to find the next opportunity for consultants when assignments change or end. Conduct customer and site visits to get close to the business and understand customer needs. Since you'll be managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously, you need to be able to prioritize, plan, and maintain the big picture even when the pace is high. We'd like to see that you have: Experience from a customer-facing, coordinating, or operational role. A strong interest in building relationships and developing business. Good administrative and digital skills, for example in Microsoft 365. Ability to work independently and drive multiple processes in parallel. Experience or an established network in construction and infrastructure is highly desirable. Experience in project management, personnel responsibility, recruitment, staffing, or sales is also a plus. What matters most to us is not what your current title is.
