Who Are You?
As Project Manager, you'll have a central role where you're responsible for planning, leading, and following up projects from start to finish. You have overall responsibility for technology, finances, and resources, and serve as the natural link between customers, installers, and partners.
Your work tasks include:
• Leading and coordinating installers and subcontractors in daily operations
• Managing project finances, resource planning, and financial monitoring
• Handling procurement, materials, and quotations
• Participating in construction meetings and maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and clients
• Responsible for documentation, self-inspections, and final inspections
You're offered a varied and responsible role where you'll have great freedom to drive your projects independently. Is This Your Perfect Match?
We're looking for someone with electrical technical education, experience with electrical installations, and who feels confident planning, coordinating, and driving work forward. Perhaps you're currently working as a project manager, work leader, or leading installer and are ready for the next step in your career. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, leadership, and business acumen. You have a valid driver's license, computer skills, and good knowledge of Swedish.
As a person, you're organized, responsible, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to build trust with both customers and colleagues and enjoy leading and coordinating multiple activities at once. Your communication skills and financial understanding help you drive projects forward with both quality and profitability in focus.
