Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple residential projects in parallel from concept to completion
Manage project budgets, calculations, and cost control
Work closely with architects, contractors, brokers, and consultants
Prepare and manage project documentation and reports
Contribute to developing the company's procedures and project processes

Qualifications and Personal Qualities
We are looking for you who are a civil engineer or engineering graduate (e.g., in Building Technology and Design at KTH) or have equivalent education. You have at least 3 years of experience from building projects and residential development, as well as experience with financial calculation and follow-up. You thrive with many contact points, are good at creating and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractors, and have high stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. You see opportunities in new projects and working methods and have ambitions to eventually take on a leadership role.
