CA is one of Western Sweden's most established consulting firms in project and construction management, construction cost estimation, environmental management, and building specifications. Your Role As a project manager, you will have a key role in implementing construction projects from early stages to completion. You represent the client and are responsible for driving the project with focus on quality, economy, time, and long-term results. You will lead the project's various stakeholders, make important decisions, and ensure that each project is implemented according to set goals and client expectations. At CA, you never work alone. Work tasks may include: • Project management and construction management • Design management • Program and feasibility studies • Procurement and contract matters • Financial and budget management • Quality and environmental management • Coordination between client, consultants, and contractors • Government relations • Control responsibility according to PBL • Contractor inspections The position is shaped to some extent based on your experience and strengths, which gives you good opportunities to influence your own development. We are Looking for You Have at least 5–10 years of experience in project management, construction management, or work as a project or construction engineer in building construction. You have experience leading construction projects with many stakeholders and feel confident making decisions, creating structure, and driving projects forward. We would like to see that you have experience with: • Project and construction management • Construction law (AB, ABT and AMA) • LOU and public procurement • Financial and budget responsibility • Schedule planning and production management • Risk management and quality work As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and trustworthy. You have a talent for building relationships and are appreciated for your leadership, organization, and communication skills. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you have your own network or established customer relationships, we consider that a merit. B driver's license is required.
