Then this could be the opportunity for you! As a Project Manager in roofing, you will be responsible for driving and developing your own projects within roofing contractors. The projects vary in size and include waterproofing, sheet metal, and insulation work. Your work area will primarily be in the Stockholm region. Your main responsibilities: Manage and drive your own projects according to set goals, procedures, and schedules Identify new business opportunities and work with bids, follow-ups, and cost estimating Maintain ongoing contact and meetings with clients, construction companies, and private property owners Ensure quality, financial performance, and progress in ongoing projects Report project status and results to management To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience in project management within the construction industry Good business acumen and experience with client and supplier relations Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written We are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and solution-oriented with strong self-motivation.
