Job Description Would you like to lead some of Sweden's most exciting industrial projects while developing business, customers, and people? At AFRY, we are now seeking an experienced project manager who wants to drive complex projects within the process industry. Here you will have the opportunity to combine technical leadership with business development in a role where you have significant influence over both projects, customers, and your own development. As a Project Manager at AFRY, you will be part of our local PMO within Project Service in Gothenburg. We work closely with customers in the process industry and petrochemical sector along the West Coast, while also driving projects across the country. You will lead multidisciplinary projects where you coordinate specialists in areas such as process, electrical, automation, mechanical, piping, water systems, procurement, and project management. The role also involves developing business and building long-term customer relationships. You will be an important part of our continued growth where you will have the opportunity to: Lead and execute investment and industrial projects. Develop existing customer relationships and create new business. Contribute to the development of our project management offerings. Support and coach colleagues in project management. Influence the section's future development and expansion. We offer flexibility with placement in Gothenburg, Stenungsund, or Uddevalla depending on what works best for you. Qualifications We believe you thrive in the consulting role and are motivated by creating results through people, business, and projects. You are a confident leader who can take projects from idea to completed delivery while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the process industry or petrochemical sector. Experience with multidisciplinary projects. Experience with EPC/EPCM projects in the range of 10-100 MSEK. Civil or higher technical engineering degree, or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. B-class driver's license. Merits Certification in PMI, IPMA, Prince2, or similar. Experience in sales and business development. Established network within the process industry. Previous management or leadership experience. Experience with Turn Arounds/Maintenance Shutdowns. Additional Information With us, you get more than a new job.
