As a consultant, you will be responsible for leading projects from planning through implementation and follow-up, with a particular focus on collaboration between operations, IT, and external vendors. Duties Lead digitalization and IT projects Manage timelines, governance, and follow-up Translate operational needs into technical requirements Coordinate internal and external stakeholders Ensure implementation and adoption within the organization Requirements At least 5 years of experience in project management or coordination of investigations, from initiation to final reporting. At least 3 years of experience with system landscapes and digitalization within health, care, and social services. At least 3 years of experience with change management. At least 3 years of experience working in agile organizations. At least 3 years of experience developing reports and written documentation of high quality. At least 3 years of experience with government assignments or equivalent assignments in the public sector.
