Project Manager Investments, Process Industry – Hofors On-Site

We are seeking a project manager with experience driving investment and facility projects in heavy industry. The assignment is with a process and manufacturing industry company in Hofors. The work is production-focused. Remote work one day per week may occur; otherwise on-site. You will lead investments from feasibility study through commissioning and handover, often while production is running. You own the schedule, budget, and risk, coordinate internal staff, contractors, and suppliers, and keep mechanics, electrical systems, and automation aligned so the facility can be brought online without unnecessary production downtime. You have done something similar before At least five years of project management experience with investments/CAPEX in industry Projects in steel, metal, mining, or process Modernization in existing factories while running in parallel Dialogue with production, maintenance, and contracting teams Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing Technical education or equivalent hands-on floor experience Meritorious: procurement and supplier management.
