About the role As a Project Manager in Logistics and Automation, you will work in a dynamic role where no two days are alike. You will be part of a smaller team driving the development of future automated logistics flows. Your responsibilities will include: Drive and present automation projects to the management group and global stakeholders Participate in the development and implementation of automated solutions (e.g., AGVs) Work closely with automation technicians, operators, and IT Troubleshoot and ensure that systems and flows function in production Participate in improvement work and development of new logistics solutions Maintain dialogue with different functions, both internally and externally You will follow projects from idea to implementation and be part of a comprehensive transformation journey. About the project The operation is facing a major transition where logistics will be largely automated by 2030. You will work in a pilot project that is at the forefront globally. One example of upcoming projects is a relocation to new facilities where automation will play a central role. About the team You will work closely with two senior development technicians who will introduce you to the work. The team is characterized by high expertise in automation and project management, close collaboration, and knowledge sharing. There are great opportunities to develop and learn advanced working methods in an organization at the forefront. Required qualifications Engineering degree Good knowledge of Swedish and English Ability to work structured and document Ability to prioritize and plan your work Meritorious Experience from industry, logistics, or automation Experience with control systems or technical projects Background from automated operations or warehouse/logistics Experience with 3D models or technical flow analysis Personal qualities We are looking for someone who is curious and has the right mindset, while being humble and confident.
