About the positionTogether with Autoliv, we are now seeking a quality project manager at their Innovation Center in Vårgårda. You will become part of an operation where new products and solutions are developed and industrialized, and you will have an important role in ensuring that quality work follows through all phases of the projects.
You will come in early in the projects and work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, production, and other quality functions. Your responsibility will be to keep quality work on track and ensure that the product, production process, customer requirements, and documentation are aligned with each other before production launch.
A central part of the role is to drive and coordinate APQP and PPAP work through different project phases. You are responsible for quality assurance before industrialization and production launch and function as the quality representative toward both Swedish and international customers regarding requirements, deviations, audits, and approvals.
In summary, you will:
• Drive and coordinate quality work from development phase to production launch
• Manage APQP, PPAP, and associated quality documentation
• Ensure that product, production process, and customer requirements align
• Drive problem-solving and follow-up on quality deviations
• Be an important contact person for the customer on quality-related matters
We are looking for you whoHave a higher education or university degree in Supply Chain, production, quality, or similar
Have at least five years of experience with quality work in manufacturing industry
Have worked broadly with quality issues and are experienced collaborating both internally with, for example, product development, production, procurement, and project management as well as externally with customers
Have experience working with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA or similar structured approaches to quality work
Experience from automotive or similar environments is a merit
Have good ability to communicate and collaborate in projects
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
