About the Position Are you driven by taking ownership, solving complex challenges, and making things happen? We are looking for a Project Manager for our Industrial Engineering team in Oskarshamn. This is a parental leave replacement position where your ability to lead, take initiative, and drive results carries more weight than extensive project management experience. Your Assignment As a project manager, you will independently lead several parallel installation and improvement projects that develop our industrial operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams from planning through implementation. * Lead and drive multiple parallel projects within installation and industrial engineering. * Create momentum and structure while ensuring projects reach their goals. * Take responsibility for project scope, timeline, budget, and quality. * Coordinate stakeholders and ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project cycle. * Identify risks, manage challenges, and find practical solutions. * Deliver results that create real value for the business and internal customers. Qualifications You are someone your surroundings trust when things need to get done. You thrive with independent work as well as in teams. Background and Requirements * Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. * Several years of professional experience where problem-solving, responsibility, and independent decision-making have been central. * Experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities. * Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious * Previous experience in project management. * Experience from an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of installation projects, production engineering, engineering, or continuous improvement.
