About the role:
We're looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take responsibility for ILS deliveries (Integrated Logistics Support) within technically advanced projects. In this role, you'll lead a competent team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on activities related to maintenance, technical documentation, and logistics support throughout the product lifecycle.
You will work in close collaboration with the project organization and multiple technical disciplines to ensure that deliveries are made with the right quality, on schedule, and according to customer requirements.
The role also involves regular contact with customers, end-users, and partners, which gives you a central position in both the project's execution and continued development. In the role, you will, among other things:
- Lead and coordinate ILS-related activities within one or more projects.
- Take responsibility for planning, follow-up, and reporting of the project's ILS deliveries.
- Ensure the development of maintenance analyses, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Contribute to the development of customer-tailored maintenance and support solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, systems engineers, designers, and others to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Be the point of contact for customers, end-users, and subcontractors.
The position may involve travel. Primarily within Sweden initially, but over time international travel may also occur depending on project needs.
Your profile:
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within technology-intensive operations.
- Experience leading and coordinating deliveries with multiple stakeholders.
- Good technical understanding and ability to grasp complex systems and products.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- FMECA or other failure mode and risk analyses
- Defense industry or other security-regulated operations
