The Business Area (VO) Base Projects is responsible for Region Skåne's renovations and extensions and manages approximately 600 projects annually with project budgets ranging from approximately one million to one billion kronor throughout Skåne. We are looking for two engaged and structured project managers who want to drive exciting projects together with our team. With us, you have the opportunity to develop in a varied role where you work closely with experienced project managers and contribute to the efficient implementation of projects with high quality. In your role as project manager, you act as the client for electrical installation projects. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the project regarding schedule, quality and budget. You initiate, drive and structure your own tasks. Region Skåne's properties are technology-intensive, so it is required that you have an understanding of technically complex buildings. You perform cost estimates, feasibility studies and investigations, and procure consultants and manage their work to develop tender documentation. Furthermore, you procure the contractor and are responsible for monitoring the contractor until approved final inspection and are responsible for the handover to Region Skåne's operations organization. In your role, you are responsible for and take ownership of the installation project's entire progress, ensure resources and the project's scope so that the correct schedule, quality and budget are maintained. You are responsible for ensuring that all laws, regulations and governing guidelines are followed in the construction project in accordance with Region Skåne's Building Process, and that Region Skåne's procurement rules according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) are followed. You are a key person in contact with the healthcare operation conducted in the and surrounding premises where the renovation is to take place. Since healthcare operations often take place for large parts of and/or around the clock, it is important that you, in close collaboration with the operation, plan how the renovation can best be carried out. Travel within parts of Skåne may occur in connection with work. We are seeking two project managers for our units in Malmö and Lund. You will be based in either Malmö or Lund. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has an engineering degree in electrical engineering or other education that the employer deems equivalent, or who has equivalent competence acquired through work experience. You have knowledge/experience of technical installations within the electrical field, as well as an understanding of the building's all technical systems and installations. Good computer skills are a necessity in the role and it is required that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. We would like to see that you are familiar with AB, ABT, ABK, as work with the development of administrative regulations and procurement of consultants and contractors is part of the job. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required as there will be some travel within Skåne. If you have also worked with procurement according to LOU, this is a merit. As a person you are confident, stable and have good self-awareness. In your work you are self-driven and structured, which means that you plan your work in advance, organize and prioritize activities efficiently and set up and maintain schedules. Other important qualities are that you are flexible, bring ideas and are interested in developing our working methods.
