We're looking for someone with a few years of experience in construction, real estate, or technical project management who wants to take on greater responsibility for projects. You'll have a broad role where you drive both smaller and larger projects related to the operation, maintenance, and development of bank properties in Stockholm.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a project manager with our client, you'll be responsible for driving projects related to maintenance and development of the property portfolio. Projects vary in scope and can range from minor improvements to major renovations.
An important part of the role is to work from existing maintenance plans for each office and translate identified needs into concrete projects. You'll also provide support to site managers in Stockholm and maintain ongoing contact with property owners, contractors, and suppliers.
This role suits you if you already have a foundation in real estate or construction and now want to continue developing as a project manager in an environment where you can work independently with many contact points.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and coordinate projects related to property maintenance and renovation
Plan, follow up on, and drive projects from need to implementation
Work continuously with maintenance plans and translate these into concrete projects
Support site managers on technical and property-related matters
Liaise with property owners, contractors, and suppliers
Contribute technical expertise on matters such as installations, cooling, and electrical systems
Participate in both minor improvement projects and major renovations
Example projects include dining area renovation, back office renovation, and ceiling replacement.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU
Have post-secondary education in real estate, construction, technology, or similar
Have at least a couple of years of relevant work experience in, for example, real estate, construction, technical management, or project management
Have experience working on or managing projects and are comfortable coordinating different parties
Have a good understanding of real estate and are comfortable with the technical language used in the field
Communicate fluently in Swedish
It's a merit if you have previous experience with projects related to commercial properties, renovation, maintenance, or technical management.
We believe you'll succeed in this role if you're someone who likes to get things done. You take responsibility for your projects, are structured in your approach, and feel comfortable driving matters forward independently. At the same time, the role is contact-intensive, so you need to be comfortable communicating with both internal clients, property owners, and external suppliers.
