As a project manager with us, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving flooring projects in new construction, renoveries, and contracting. You have overall responsibility for project execution and ensure that work is delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves close contact with customers, suppliers, employees, and subcontractors. You become an important link between the client and production and work actively to build long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Lead and drive projects from start to completion. Plan resources, staffing, and schedules. Manage project budgets and financial monitoring. Ensure work is performed according to quality and safety requirements. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and clients. Prepare and follow up on documentation and project reporting. We are looking for you who Have experience in project management within construction, flooring, or contracting. Have good understanding of building processes and project management. Are structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded. Have strong ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently. Are communicative and enjoy building relationships. Have good computer skills and experience with administrative systems. Hold a class B driver's license. It is a merit if you have experience from the flooring industry!
