Your Role
As a project manager with us, you have significant responsibility for driving our assignments forward. We are looking for someone who is communicative and curious, actively seeking solutions to move forward. You are open and enthusiastic, drive things from idea to completion, and have the ability to build successful project teams.
You will become a central part of the team, and examples of your responsibilities include:
- Manage projects toward set goals regarding economics, time, and technical aspects, with continuous reporting
- Participate in real estate development projects
- Lead maintenance projects, both smaller and larger
- Lead sub-projects in development and renovation projects, both smaller and larger
- Support the property management organization regarding projects and project-related matters
- Support the property management organization by providing specialist knowledge on existing properties, handling warranty issues, and planned maintenance
- Prepare decision-making materials, conduct inventories, and investigations prior to projects
- Prepare production and investment budgets
- Manage procurement and purchasing of contractors and other suppliers
- Coordinate, lead, and follow up ongoing projects with owners, property management, finance functions, and suppliers
Your Profile
We see that you have solid experience in project management within the construction and real estate industry and excellent knowledge of buildings' technical systems. In your professional role, you are driven to perform work responsibly and with high quality. We also see that you have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Relevant university/college, vocational education, or equivalent work experience
- At least five years of experience from the construction and real estate industry, preferably in roles such as project manager, design manager, construction manager, and/or installation manager
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience from new construction, extensions, or renovation projects
- Previous experience with technically demanding assignments
- B-class driver's license
