This job is special because you will work together with associations, the municipality, and the business community to develop the Olshammar area and at the same time develop a method for collaboration and rural development throughout the municipality. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The associations, business community, and municipality have applied for funding from Leader Mellansjölandet for a project with two focuses. The largest part deals with the development of the Olshammar locality and the surrounding area. The other part aims to develop a method for collaboration between the municipality and all of our village groups as well as among the village groups themselves. The work takes place in close collaboration with actors in the community. To create a good foundation, we plan to conduct study trips and organize inspirational lectures to gain new perspectives on our change work. In Olshammar there are also partially abandoned properties where the trend can be turned into something better than today. The association life in the locality is active and can gain further momentum with the joint project. The locality has a very fine location by Norra Vättern archipelago. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a driven and at the same time very attentive project manager. You believe in the small locality's possibilities and have a talent for bringing people together and inspiring joint results. At the same time, you must be on top of project reporting and have your processes in order. Since the project is about change work, great ability is required to meet people on their terms and awaken a willingness for their own efforts for common, positive outcomes. You must master the Swedish language very well, both spoken and written. The position requires a Class B driver's license, where access to your own car is virtually a requirement. Experience in managing Leader projects is meritorious. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
