Through its three areas, the department contributes to fulfilling Boden Municipality's vision of The Good Life. We monitor our external environment and work strategically for Boden's long-term development. In our department, we are trustworthy and maintain a supportive climate. The department is responsible for the Project Hub, which has a municipality-wide coordination and development responsibility. To further develop the Project Hub, we are now seeking a project manager for the Project Hub work package, which will be part of the BSC (Boden Sustainability Center) project. The BSC project aims to build a new, cross-sectoral, and concrete collaboration structure for resource-efficient and sustainable competency provision. The collaboration structure is to support both competency provision and business development and innovation. One work package in BSC is the continued development of the Project Hub. The purpose is to develop the function and build capacity to achieve more efficient, high-quality, and coordinated projects, and to introduce systematic working methods including management and implementation of results. The work package also includes continued development of methodological support, templates, and guidance, as well as training related to projects and the project cycle. The Project Hub is also to improve and support municipality-wide needs analyses and follow-up and management of results from the municipality's overall project portfolio. You will be offered a secure onboarding to get started as a project manager! 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES Your role includes serving as project manager for the Project Hub work package. As project manager, you are responsible for: • Participating in the BSC project group and collaborating with the BSC project manager, project partners, reference persons, and stakeholders • Leading the Project Hub work package as a project. • Taking responsibility for project documentation • Collaborating with the project coordinator at Boden Municipality • In collaboration with the project coordinator, conducting external monitoring regarding external financing, writing and supporting project applications, and otherwise providing support to individual projects and project managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Higher education or university degree • Several years of experience in project management and organizational development • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We consider it advantageous if you have experience with: • Organizational development in public sector operations • Innovation management Who are you?
