In this role, you need to let go of the old and focus on the future. On new development. Our ambition is to gradually create a significant portfolio of building rights for development and project properties with the goal of producing both rental apartments, condos, commercial spaces, and hotels for modern living. Since projects start at 100 million kronor and can go up to a billion (!), you need to have managed larger projects previously to be suitable for the role. Some experiences and skills we are looking for are: planning, requirements management, project monitoring, risk assessment and quality assurance of budgets, schedules, construction contracts, and regulations. In addition to this, good collaboration skills are required. Experience from new development projects is a requirement.
