Job Description
We are now seeking a technical project manager for our client in Linköping, starting immediately. The position involves leading development and production projects within manufacturing. You will lead and coordinate project team members in production engineering, planning, procurement, production quality, and other production areas, and will also have numerous contact points within programs and development.
Your main responsibilities are to:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute development and production projects
• Achieve project objectives and metrics, and report on and follow up on these
• Identify and manage risks that may arise in projects
• Create and maintain good relationships with all parties within projects and programs
• Report project status to the steering committee
We are looking for someone who is driven, communicative, self-directed, and enjoys taking own initiatives with high engagement. We see that you want to develop in your own role and are willing to learn as the business's needs evolve.
Requirements for the role:
• University or college degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience in project and production management
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license
• Experience working in production and understanding of processes: planning, preparation, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and delivery
• Experience with industrialization of development projects
