Civil Drafter/Designer - Junior

We are looking for an independent and proactive person to join our design team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who want to apply their theoretical knowledge from school to real-world projects. Under the guidance of our experienced designers, you will gain practical experience, the necessary foundation for professional growth, and support from the entire team. What you'll enjoy: Meetings and planning, feasibility studies, and complete project documentation. You will participate in preparing project documentation and implementing smaller projects. If you're just starting out, you'll gain plenty of new knowledge. Office work and on-site field measurements. We're looking for someone who: Has secondary/university education in construction (civil engineering). Has at least basic knowledge of design and understands construction technologies. Can operate and use design software such as CAD (BIM knowledge is a plus). Is eager to push things forward and willing to learn new things.
