A SELECTION PROCESS
for filling 1 position
Transportation Planner
Work schedule: 40 hours/week, i.e., 1.0 full-time equivalent
Work location: Plzeň
Employment: Fixed-term contract with possibility of conversion to permanent
Expected start date: By agreement
Salary grade: 11
Base salary in the range of 29,090 - 42,050 Kč depending on experience + variable compensation component, which may represent 25-40% of annual income (personal bonus, bonuses). Base salary is governed by tables according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.
Key responsibilities:
Placing project documentation orders at various stages (study, building permit documentation, construction documentation, etc.), investor activities and ensuring preparation of projects in the area of local roads, utility roads, engineering infrastructure, landscaping and others,
Possible independent preparation of smaller projects including negotiations and engineering activities for building permit requirements,
Preparation of proposals in the form of studies as a basis for future project documentation orders,
Preparation of documentation for minor road construction modifications.
Qualifications and professional requirements:
Education - Secondary school or university degree (we prefer construction or transportation specialization, but it is not a requirement); work experience is an advantage,
Very good PC skills,
Knowledge of drawing programs (AutoCAD, etc.) is a major advantage (nearly a requirement, or willingness to learn these skills),
Driver's license category B is an advantage,
Good communication skills,
Desire to learn and deepen professional knowledge.
