We are now seeking engaged and solution-oriented technicians for project employment in a major implementation project. About the Position You will work as a technician in a major implementation project where new technology is being introduced in the organization and in ordinary housing. The role is perfect for you if you want to combine technical work with working with people. You will work closely with the organization and become an important link between technology, suppliers, and our staff. The work includes, among other things, installation and configuration of technical equipment, troubleshooting, providing support and guidance to users. You will help ensure that new technical solutions and work methods function in practice and make a difference in people's daily lives. You will have the opportunity to be involved every step of the way, from implementation to an efficiently functioning approach where the goal is for technology to become a natural, functional, and secure part of the organization. This is more than a traditional technician assignment—you will be an important part of the organization's transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include: Carry out technical installations according to the project's planning and procedures Functionally test technical equipment Conduct technical visits in ordinary housing Provide practical technical support and guidance to care recipients Document installations and any deviations Maintain contact with the project group regarding technical questions and support needs Contribute to identifying improvement areas during implementation What We Offer: You will receive an exciting project employment where you can have an impact, work with new technology in organization-focused development work, and gain experience in a major change and implementation project. As part of our benefits, we offer a wellness allowance of up to 5,000 kr per year for full-time employees, via Epassi. About You: For this position, you need: Relevant technical education or equivalent experience that the employer deems comparable Documented experience with technical work involving installation Good digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technical solutions and systems B driving license – as the position involves travel and work at different locations Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you also have: Experience implementing technical solutions Experience working with welfare technology, digitalization, or technology development in care and health services Experience collaborating with external suppliers and other partners Experience with project work We are looking for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
