We are now looking for a Project Administrator who wants to be involved in the development and establishment of our new bakery in Landskrona. Here you will have the opportunity to work on one of Sweden's most exciting industrial projects, characterized by high technical complexity, significant investments, and a clear focus on innovation and efficient production. About the role As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with project managers and other project team members with a focus on administration, document management, and coordination of project information. You will be a key person ensuring that documents, data, and information flows are handled correctly and efficiently throughout the different phases of the project. Key responsibilities As a Project Administrator, you will, among other things: Manage document and information handling within the project Support the project manager and project organization Follow up on document and information deliveries Coordinate facility data and registration information Support reporting, coordination, and project follow-up Ensure structure and quality in documentation and information flows Be a key user in the project's system environment and support users with questions about workflows, information, and system usage. Who are you? To succeed in the role, you are someone who enjoys working in systems, creating structure and order. You are proactive, service-minded, and unpretentious, with a willingness to help where needed. You have good collaboration skills and feel comfortable interacting with different people and functions within the project organization. We see that you have: Experience in administrative work or project administration Very good system and computer skills as well as experience working in different digital systems and databases. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and feel confident in quickly learning new tools and working methods. Ability to work in a structured, thorough, and methodical manner with documentation and follow-up Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B-class driving license The following experience and skills are advantageous: Education in administration, economics, engineering, or similar Experience with document management systems such as ACC, Forma, SharePoint, or similar Experience in project administration within construction, industrial, or technical projects Basic understanding of drawings, document numbering, and revision management Knowledge of quality management or structured document handling Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders Experience with follow-up, reporting, and administration in a project environment Background in construction, engineering, or real estate industries Personal qualities To thrive and succeed in the role, you are: Structured and thorough Driven and self-motivated Service-minded and collaboration-oriented Flexible and unpretentious Communicative in both speech and writing We are looking for someone with a few years of relevant work experience who is still in the early stages of your career.
