We expect: • higher technical education in construction, economics, business management, or management sciences; • compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; • desired professional experience in construction and project management of at least 3 years; • desired experience working with document management systems; • good knowledge and understanding of issues related to project management and the construction field; • the ability to set priorities, independently organize, plan your work, as well as work in a team; • the skill to express and argue your opinion; • the ability to make decisions independently; • the skill to analyze large amounts of information; • a high sense of responsibility and precision; • knowledge of English at least at conversational level, necessary for communication with allies; • the skill to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at a user level; • a Category B driver's license; • an eID card for the performance of job duties. Main job duties: • carry out general and repeated inspections of buildings, structures, and engineering communications, preparing relevant technical conclusions, inspection reports, and estimates within your competence; • represent the client's interests in resolving matters related to design and construction work; • organize, supervise, and carry out project management in accordance with regulatory requirements; • organize, supervise, and carry out project execution management within the specified budget and timeline; • conduct (organize) necessary consultations with parties involved in the project to ensure achievement of its objectives; • develop or prepare and formalize documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts. We inform you that the position competition will be held in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with the requirements. To the second round of selection – an interview – the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
