Project Manager
Historic Buildings Co-financing Administration Division, Buildings Management Department, Property Department
Position Purpose: To participate in the administration and implementation of support programs financed by Riga City Municipality (hereinafter – Programs).
You will be responsible for:
Evaluating projects submitted in the Programs and preparing necessary documents for the competent commission to make decisions;
Administering concluded agreements on the implementation of approved projects: monitoring project implementation timelines, controlling construction work performed within the scope of the position's competencies by inspecting construction sites on location, cooperating with clients in preparing and submitting documents confirming the use of funds, reviewing reports on fund utilization;
Providing necessary information and support to Program clients in document preparation at all stages of the programs;
Maintaining record-keeping related to Program administration and ensuring document transfer to the archive;
Preparing and compiling information and data on the Program implementation process, ensuring data entry into the system.
We expect:
Higher education in economics, management, real estate management, engineering, or law;
At least 2 years of work experience in positions related to real estate management or management or administration of externally funded projects;
Project management skills;
Knowledge of the state language at the highest level;
High communication skills, including the ability to argue and defend your viewpoint;
Good digital skills, including working with MS Office 365 tools (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.), various information systems, as well as office equipment for daily work tasks;
Responsibility, independence, and accuracy.

Monthly salary from EUR 1522 to EUR 2035 (before tax deduction) depending on qualifications;
