Decimalen is a rapidly growing company that helps the public sector develop and streamline their procurement. We offer systems and services for price matching, procurement analysis, contract tracking, and supplier management to customers throughout Sweden.
We are now seeking an integration project manager who wants to take full ownership of our customer implementations and be the link between the customer's operations, IT, and Decimalen's systems.
About the Role
As an integration project manager, you are responsible for leading our customers' implementation of Decimalen's system from start to finish. You take over the project when the customer has decided to proceed with our solution and are the customer's primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation process from planning and startup to deployment and handover.
You manage multiple projects in parallel, plan the different phases of the project, and coordinate work between the customer, Decimalen's internal resources, and external system vendors.
An important part of the role is helping customers connect their systems to Decimalen's platform. You work with technical integrations, primarily via API but also SFTP, and have ongoing dialogue with customers' IT departments and system vendors. You don't need to develop the integrations yourself, but you need to be able to understand technical requirements, identify the right solution, and translate them into practical activities in the project.
You also train and guide the customer during implementation and ensure a smooth transition to our systems.
Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and coordinate implementation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate API integrations, SFTP solutions, and data transfers.
Collaborate with customers' IT departments, system vendors, and internal resources.
Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in, for example, IT, systems science, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management, coordination, or similar work.
Good system and computer skills, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new systems and technical documentation.
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it a great plus if you have experience with APIs, integrations, and SFTP, as well as previous experience programming in React or working in a Microsoft Azure environment.
