Responsibilities and Qualifications The Program Director is responsible for developing and managing educational programs, themed days, and lectures. The educational offerings are both digital and in-person. In our team, we work across boundaries because our combined expertise covers all focus areas. The position requires you to have both education and experience in the field of existential support and experience in human care activities. You may have a background in behavioral science, training in health and care, social work, psychology, therapy, chaplaincy, or ordained ministry. The role also requires experience in designing educational programs, leading projects and processes, and working in digital environments. You should be able to take independent responsibility as well as function well in a team.
