For the project, experience with efficient processing of large data on remote data storage in the context of web applications is particularly key. Advantageous is experience with data workflow automation, metadata management, dataset versioning, and development of web tools for specialized data. Your work will also include testing, optimization, and verification of proposed solutions on real scientific data.

Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year with possibility of extension.
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in programming and information systems development (preferably),
- ability to communicate in English (minimum level B2),
- advanced knowledge of Python programming,
- experience with web application development,
- knowledge of software engineering terminology,
- ability to independently design appropriate technical approaches and integrate multiple software components.
