POSITION DESCRIPTION: Teaching activities, primarily lectures, examinations, seminars and practical classes including preparation of study materials and learning support; supervision of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral theses in psychology; participation in examination committees and state final examinations; creative activities, particularly independent resolution of scientific tasks in research and development; monitoring key trends in R&D development and application of scientific results in psychology; creating conditions for development of the respective scientific field within research and development activity plans of the workplace or organization; formulation of principally new research and development areas; participation in activities ensuring research funding (searching, writing and submitting grants or contractual collaboration opportunities at national/international level); engagement in project implementation as principal investigator or co-investigator; publication activities and continuing education; guarantor of selected basic theoretical courses as required by study program accreditation and achieved education and qualifications.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Completed master's degree in psychology; appointment as professor in psychology; extensive professional and publication activities in the field; pedagogical education or teaching experience; required Czech language proficiency at native speaker level; required English language proficiency at C1 level (can be verified during personal interview); criminal, civil, and moral integrity; independence; responsibility.
EMPLOYMENT: 20% position; employment contract for a fixed term until 31. 10. 2029 with possibility of extension.
START DATE: 1. 11. 2026 / by agreement.
SALARY: salary grade A5, expected salary: 11.000 Kč/month, possibility of personal allowance after probation period based on work performance evaluation.
