Trio Perfekta, part of Vitas Group, is seeking a product developer who combines technical expertise with a practical and business-oriented perspective. You will work closely with design, product management, procurement, quality, suppliers, and production.
The Role
You are responsible for turning product ideas into technically feasible, tested, and manufacturable solutions. You ensure that products meet requirements for functionality, quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
You will, among other things:
Develop new products and product improvements.
Create CAD models, drawings, prototypes, and assembly instructions.
Conduct tests, validations, and material evaluations.
Ensure that solutions are adapted for production.
Collaborate with design, product management, suppliers, and production.
Document technical solutions, material selections, and test results.
Contribute technical expertise and drive improvements.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with:
Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
At least 3–5 years of experience in product development.
Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, and technical drawings.
Good Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and a B-class driver's license.
Experience from the manufacturing industry is a merit.
You are technically skilled, organized, and solution-oriented. You work independently, collaborate well, and can explain technical matters clearly. At the same time, you understand how technical decisions impact customer value, production, and profitability.
Placement: Kristianstad or Osby.
